Because our services are provided on-site and customized to each property, refunds are generally not issued once services have been completed.

Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a resolution which may include:

• A return visit to address the issue

• A partial adjustment, depending on the circumstances

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
